Vision & Mission

Ro&Be has a mission to change wedding and special occasion attire. I believe it can be made slowly and sustainably from natural fabrics and most importantly re-wearable.

Saving the earth in style, one wedding at a time.

Handmade with love

Earth kind fabrics

Hannah has been mastering her design and making skills since she was a little girl. Creating clothes for barbie, teenage outfits for the pub and in 2015 her first wedding dress which led to many more with a small bridal business in the 2010’s.

Now a mum of 2 little girls (Ro & Be!) Hannah believes that her unique point of view (we all have one) and combination of skills have let her see that things can be different in the world of weddings a celebrations. She believes that we don’t need to only wear a bridal outfit once, that bridesmaids can re-love their dresses many times more. With clever use of design, beautiful fabrics that you feel good in Hannah is creating clothing that will last beyond one day.

Unique point of view

We all have a unique point of view from our life experiences and some of the things Hannah has discovered along the journey is her love for floaty skirts, that feel great and allow us to still feel great when our bodies fluctuate and change. So there will be lots of these! After spending 3 years breastfeeding, and being a bridesmaid or guest 3 times during, Hannah knows the frustration of finding something nice to wear that you can feed in. So you can be sure options will be part of the collections.

Zero waste

As a small business there isn’t money or space to waste on scrap fabric so if the garment design creates scrap (as much as possible they won’t) then there will be a plan to use that scrap up in a beautiful accessory.

Mend it

Something happened? Don’t worry we will have a mending service.

Empowerment

As a brand Ro&Be wants to empower the wearer and beyond. A portion of profit from all clothing will go to charities empowering women and girls and equality around the world and planting trees.
