Delivery

• Delivery will be via Royal mail or DPD. Free standard UK delivery is 3-5 days. You can upgrade for faster delivery at a cost detailed in the cart.

• For postage outside of UK we post from the UK using Parcel Force, buyer will be responsible for any additional charges when it arrives in the country.

Returns

• I hope there is no need for a return but I recognise that everyone is different so it might not work for you in person. Please inform us of your return within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and then please ensure the parcel is returned within 14 days again. So in total please return within 28 days of receipt in the original packaging and labels intact.

• Any customised items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacture fault.

• Currently returns are paid for by the purchaser for items under £100.

• Digital products such as patterns or prints are non-refundable.
